一、准确写明会议名称(要写全称)、开会时间、地点、会议性质。

二、详细记下会议主持人、出席会议应到和实到人数、缺席、迟到或早退人数 及其姓名、职务、记录者姓名等。

三、记录会议的结果,如会议的决定、决议或表决等情况。

四、会议记录要求忠于事实,不能夹杂记录者的任何个人情感,更不允许有意 增删发言内容。

会议记录一般不宜公开发表,如需发表,应征得发言者的审阅同意。

会议记录的写作技巧一般说来有四条:一快、二要、三省、四代。

其中,'一快“ 是指记得快;'二要“是指择要而记;'三省“是指在记录中正确使用省略法;'四代“ 是指用较为简便的写法代替复杂的写法。
